Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns.

We require that customers use the contact form for any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receiving. Items must be in their original packaging, in BRAND new condition with printed receipts. In BRAND new condition is defined as unworn, unwashed, undamaged (beyond what is noted if exchanging due to factory defect), and unused. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet the criteria.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs incurred while sending merchandise back for exchange. 

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please use our contact form below. 

Include the following in the comments section of the contact form:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with  
  4. Your request/concern
  5. A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.
